PRODUCTION MANAGERWe are seeking an experienced and highly capable Production Manager to lead and oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of the organisation’s productions.
This is a collaborative role that works in proximity with the executive team, Artistic leadership, and external production partners to ensure clear communication, efficient decision‑making, and the seamless translation of creative intent into on‑ground execution.
The Production Manager will play a key leadership role in fostering a sustainable and productive working relationship between internal teams and external production partners, ensuring that creative, technical, and operational elements align to deliver high quality experiences for artists, musicians, production teams, and audiences.

Work hours:
Full Time, Monday to Friday (9am – 6pm)
Work arrangement:
Hybrid (in office & work from home)
Compensation:
Basic monthly + AWS + annual performance bonus
- Venue booking for rehearsals, performances and other events as required.
- Creation and implementation of production timelines in consultation with Production Director.
- Vendor appointment and management in consultation with Production Director & General Manager.
- Budget management and procurement.
- Implementation of technical specifications as instructed by Production Director.
- Manage communications between artists, musicians and the company.
- Execute contracts with service providers and artists as required.
- Create production schedules for staff, artists, musicians and production personnel.
- Appointment and management of external production companies and/or freelance production personnel in consultation with Production Director & General Manager.
- Coordinate and lead production personnel on‑ground.
- Ensure that the company complies with all regulations, including applying for licenses and permits.
- Enforcing all safety rules as required.
- Implementing hospitality riders.
- Arranging accommodation, flights and ground transport for artists & crew.
- Implementing back‑of‑house requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 5+ years of production experience with proven track record of successful projects.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage budgets and vendors effectively.
- Highly resourceful with excellent interpersonal skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
- Demonstrates strong ownership, is target‑driven, and brings creativity and innovation to production processes.
- Familiarity with production workflows, technical specifications, safety regulations, and licensing requirements.
- Detail‑oriented, adaptable, reliable, and able to lead and coordinate on‑site production teams.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekday evenings and weekends for events (time off in lieu provided).
