Digital Content Creator

• Function: Digital Content Creator (Green)
• Reports to: Head of Brand
• Location: Leeds (Colton). 2mins from Junction 46 – M1, 20mins from Leeds Station

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form content for use across social media, website, and digital campaigns, aligned with brand goals and audience interest.
• Produce reactive and planned content tailored for platforms like Instagram, Tik Tok Snapchat Shorts, and more — always aligned with the latest trends and cultural moments.
• Support prep and attend shoots, events, and activations to capture live content — from product styling and athlete workouts to behind-the-scenes moments.
• Assist on shoot by making image selections for ecomm and social to be sent on for retouching.
• Assist in planning and scheduling content in line with the brand’s social media calendar and marketing campaigns.
• Stay on top of social trends, cultural moments, and emerging creators — and bring fresh, relevant ideas to the table regularly.
• Monitor content performance using analytical tools and adjust strategies accordingly.

• 2+ years demonstrable experience in a similar role; digital content creation or social media.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling skills.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools & video editing software.
• Experience using content management systems and social media platforms.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast paced environment.
• A creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Willingness to travel when required.
• A UK driving licence would be advantageous.

Due to the nature of this role, the hours will be full time (37.5 hours per week) Monday-Friday, although a flexible approach is required at times to meet the needs of the role.
