- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies tailored to SaaS and creator audiences
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across Tik Tok, Instagram, You Tube, and additional platforms
- Manage and grow online communities, fostering engagement and brand loyalty
- Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to optimize reach and engagement
- Collaborate with leadership to align social media initiatives with overall brand goals
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activity to inform content and campaign direction
- Oversee social media campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging
- Proven experience managing social media for SaaS or technology brands, with a track record of growing accounts to 100K+ followers
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing
- Proficiency with analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance
- Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and best practices for audience growth
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience managing large online communities and driving engagement
- Familiarity with the needs and interests of creators, developers, and digital artists
- Availability for a full‑time, contract‑based remote position
