The Motion Graphics Artist plays a central role in creating dynamic and visually compelling motion graphics to enhance storytelling. This position involves utilizing various design tools to bring static content to life through engaging and animated visual elements.

Work hours: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM UK/PST

• Regular engagement with Customers, Team Coordinators, Quality Specialists, and other Creatives.
• Engage directly with Design Pickle’s customers to understand their unique motion graphic needs, set delivery expectations, and craft visually engaging animated content.
• Develop captivating and animated visuals using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro to create high‑quality motion graphics that align with client brand guidelines.
• Translate client information and concepts into dynamic, visually appealing motion graphic content that enhances brand storytelling.
• Collaborate with other creative team members, incorporating motion graphics into various projects for cohesive visual narratives.
• Organize and manage digital assets efficiently, including video and audio files, project files, and graphics for seamless workflow.
• Stay updated with the latest motion graphic design techniques and industry trends to ensure high‑quality and modern output.

• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro for motion graphic creation.
• Experience crafting visually appealing and animated motion graphics aligned with brand aesthetics and storytelling requirements.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills for effective project execution.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Intermediate/Advanced English proficiency (Upper‑Intermediate B2) in both oral and written communication.
