Your mission is simple but demanding:
Create persuasive, scroll-stopping, conversion-focused copy that turns cold traffic into paying customers. Concept → Copy → Test → Optimize → Win.

Copy Development & Research

• Study competitors, top-performing ads, landing pages & funnels
• Turn insights into powerful angles, hooks, and irresistible messaging
• Write high-converting scripts, ad copy, product pages and landing pages
• Craft compelling UGC scripts, testimonial flows, and offer-driven headline frameworks
• Adapt your voice and style depending on brand, audience, and platform

Collaboration & Execution

• Work closely with strategists and media buyers to align copy with performance goals
• Collaborate with designers and editors for perfect creative execution
• Revise copy rapidly based on performance data
• Create repeatable frameworks to scale copy output

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• Analyze ad metrics to pinpoint what’s hitting and what’s failing
• Adjust hooks, CTAs, intros, offers, and angles to improve conversion rates
• Produce rapid iterations that move ads from “decent” to “dominant”
• Maintain a constant pipeline of new copy to beat creative fatigue

• Write 10–20 ad concepts, hooks, headlines, and micro-copy pieces
• Script UGC ads, short-form videos, and high-converting creatives
• Study ad trends, frameworks, breakdowns & competitors religiously
• Own your performance — your words MUST drive conversions

• Proven experience writing direct-response copy for ecommerce or lead generation
• Strong understanding of persuasion, psychology, and buyer behavior
• Fast writer, fast thinker — thrives in high-output environments
• Comfortable working with media buyers, strategists, and editors
• Skilled in writing for Meta, Tik Tok, You Tube ads + landing pages + Newsbreak + BIGO & native platforms
