Position OverviewWe are seeking a passionate and experienced Pilates Instructor to join our team as a founding member. In this role, you will not only lead Pilates sessions but also help create engaging video content, develop a comprehensive curriculum, and contribute to the overall vision of our brand. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a startup from the beginning, with equity offered as part of your compensation.
Key Responsibilities- Design and lead Pilates classes, both in-person (if applicable) and for digital platforms.
- Create high-quality, engaging video content for our online platform, including tutorials, full-length classes, and short-form content for social media.
- Develop a structured Pilates curriculum that caters to various skill levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners.
- Collaborate with the founding team to shape the company’s vision, mission, and long‑term strategy.
- Provide input on product development, including user experience, content delivery, and platform features.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate innovative techniques into our offerings.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing IVI at events, on social media, and within the wellness community.
- Pilates Instructor with 1 of experience teaching Pilates (mat and / or equipment).
- Comfortable on camera with experience creating video content (or willingness to learn).
- Strong understanding of Pilates principles and the ability to adapt them for diverse audiences.
- Creative mindset with the ability to design engaging and effective fitness programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Self‑motivated, entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for wellness and fitness.
- Experience with curriculum development or program design is a plus.
- Familiarity with digital platforms, social media, and content creation tools is a plus.
