3D Artist

PEAK® Products, a leader in the home improvement industry, is seeking a talented 3D Artist with 3–5 years of experience to join our Creative Marketing Team on a 6-month full-time contract. This position focuses on creating high-quality 3D environments and product renderings for both development and marketing purposes. The ideal candidate will be skilled in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rendering, and animation, with a strong eye for detail.

Previous experience in the home improvement industry is a plus but not required.

As a 3D Artist at PEAK® Products, you will collaborate closely with our Product Development and Creative Marketing Team to ensure that product visuals meet our brand’s standards and showcase the functionality and aesthetics of our offerings.

• Contract Term: 6 months, full-time
• Wage:$35–$40/hour, based on experience
• Schedule: 4 days in-office (Monday–Thursday), Fridays work from home (hybrid)

• Create realistic 3D models, environments, product renderings, and animations from concept to completion for product development and marketing materials.
• Animate 3D models to showcase product features, assembly instructions, or environmental interactions, enhancing the user experience.
• Work with Product Development to ensure accurate visual representation of new products, concepts, and prototypes.
• Support the Creative Team by producing high-quality renderings and animations for websites, social media, advertisements, and other promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align visuals with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
• Ensure renderings and animations meet the required specifications for various formats (print, digital, and video).
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Stay updated on the latest 3D modeling, animation, and rendering techniques, tools, and trends.

• 3-5 years of professional experience as a 3D Artist or in a related role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, and rendering skills.
• Proficiency in 3D software such as 3ds Max, Autodesk Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
• Experience with rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Lumion, Blender (Cycles), Unreal Engine, and Octane Render).
• Solid understanding of design principles, colour theory, and lighting techniques.
• Ability to adapt style and work based on project needs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with product development and marketing teams.

• Previous experience in the home improvement industry, with a solid understanding of products like furniture, appliances, flooring, or home décor.
