• Bachelor's degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a proofreader or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of grammar, punctuation, and stylistic conventions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with various style guides (e.g., AP, Chicago, MLA) is a plus.
