Join Paradox EN as a You Tube Video Editor (French fluent). This full‑time role works remotely from Dubai, Lisbon, or from the comfort of your home. French and English fluency is required.
Mission You will create dynamic video content for four flagship You Tube channels:
David Laroche FR, Paradox Sans Filtre, Paradox Business, and Paradox Unfiltered. Your creative vision will help Paradox reach an iconic brand status by delivering high‑quality educational and entertainment videos.

• Produce one authoritative face‑cam educational video monthly for David Laroche FR, embedding music, animations, and b‑roll.
• Edit two celebrity/expert interviews per month for Paradox Sans Filtre and one CEO/expert interview for Paradox Business, focusing on smooth audio mixes and multicam video.
• Create Hollywood‑style trailers to hook viewers for each interview.
• Drive brainstorming sessions, bringing proactive and original ideas to the table.
• Adhere to specific standards and checklists to guarantee Netflix or cinema‑level quality, reflecting our commitment to hosting the best CEOs and most famous guests.

• +2 years of You Tube video editing experience, capable of independently tackling complex editing challenges across various software platforms.
• Excellent Adobe Premiere Pro skills and knowledge of DaVinci Resolve & After Effects.
• Experience editing short videos for social media platforms such as Instagram, X, Tik Tok, and Facebook.
• Proficiency in animation and motion design is a plus.
• Alignment with Paradox’s core values, especially “create AWE,” delivering industry‑leading quality that meets You Tube codes while providing a memorable viewing experience.
• Detail‑oriented, creative, deadline‑warrior, and problem‑solver.
• Native French and Fluent English.
