This role will be tasked with establishing and maintaining client-facing documentation, creating positive and educational experiences that clarify the complex and intriguing kinks of digital publishing. This will also be a great opportunity for someone who enjoys streamlining processes and who has a knack for putting structure into action.

You will also play a key role in understanding user needs through research activities: analyzing customer feedback, identifying friction within the knowledge base, conducting internal interviews and observing real usage patterns. You will use these insights to create documentation that is more intuitive, consistent and aligned with user expectations.

• Develop a deep understanding of Perion products and services.
• Understand client expectations and motivations for using Perion.
• Write user-centred content: guides, step-by-step instructions, explanatory microcopy.
• Create and maintain clear, polished, and engaging content in Perion’s client-facing knowledge base that include both text and illustration.
• Clarify key messages through a solid visual hierarchy (titles, lists, sub-headers).
• Make information accessible regardless of the reader’s level of expertise.
• Identify and fill gaps in Perion’s client-facing knowledge base.
• Continuously improve content based on user feedback and usage data.
• Establish and monitor client KPIs related to knowledge base use and feedback; share with internal stakeholders.

• 2-3 years’ industry experience as an effective technical writer.
• Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex topics.
• Previous experience writing documentation and procedural materials for multiple audiences.
• Superior written, verbal and visual communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Experience working with engineering and product teams to help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for client support content.
• Ability to conduct user research (feedback analysis, interviews, observation).
• Mastery of readability principles, cognitive load, and accessibility.
• Constant attention to tone, precision, and message consistency.
