Freelance Brand Designer; Remote

Overview

A freelance brand designer is required to support the development of professional presentations and electronic documents by applying existing branding guidelines. The role involves ensuring that all materials maintain visual consistency, align with the company’s identity, and present a polished, professional image. This is a project-based remote position with the possibility of follow-up work after successful delivery.

• Design branded presentation templates suitable for business use
• Develop electronic document templates (e-docs) aligned with existing brand guidelines
• Apply consistent typography, color palettes, and visual elements across all materials
• Adapt branding for both digital and print-ready formats
• Ensure all outputs meet professional and corporate communication standards
• Provide editable files for future internal use and updates

• Proven experience in brand design and corporate identity application
• Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in presentations, e-docs, and corporate communications
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace for template creation
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, and brand consistency
• Ability to interpret existing brand guidelines and apply them effectively across deliverables
• Strong communication skills to clarify requirements and implement feedback
• Reliable remote working setup and ability to meet project deadlines
• Availability to begin immediately for a single project, with potential for ongoing collaboration
