Graphic Designer; Remote

The Elite Job is seeking a creative, detail-oriented, and self-motivated Graphic Designer to join our remote team. In this role, you will bring visual concepts to life across various digital and print platforms. You will collaborate with our marketing, content, and development teams to produce high-quality designs that align with our brand and business objectives. This position is ideal for someone with a passion for design, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

• Design and produce digital graphics for social media, web, email campaigns, digital ads, and landing pages.

• Create branding materials such as logos, brand guides, brochures, and infographics.

• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute visual content strategies.

• Revise and iterate designs based on feedback while maintaining a consistent brand identity.

• Manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently with strong organizational skills.

• Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

• Ensure design deliverables are optimized for performance and accessibility.

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or equivalent tools.

• Strong understanding of color theory, typography, layout, and branding principles.

• Ability to interpret creative briefs and present innovative design solutions.

• Excellent visual storytelling and conceptual thinking skills.

• Good communication and time management skills.

• Portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects.

• 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a remote or agency environment.

• Experience designing for both print and digital media is essential.

• Prior experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus.

• Flexible hours with a requirement for a minimum 4-hour overlap with the core team (GMT or EST time zones preferred).

• Weekly deadlines and virtual team meetings via Zoom or Teams.

• Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.

• Attention to detail and consistency in design work.

• Ability to manage feedback constructively and apply revisions efficiently.

• Knowledge of basic UX/UI principles is a plus.
