Experiential Designer

EXPERIENTIAL DESIGNER at Foster

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Experiential Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Creative Director to produce mock-ups and renders, support design communication with the fabrication team, and ensure design concepts come to life with an innovative approach. This role requires a proactive problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can meet tight deadlines to support the fabrication team.

* This role is contract-based and is not a full-time position. Specific contract duration will be determined by the project.

• Mock-Ups & Renders:
  Create detailed mock-ups and 3D renders using Sketch Up to visualize design concepts.
• Collaboration:
  
  Work closely with the Creative Director to refine design concepts and ensure alignment throughout the design process.
• Communication:
  Assist in coordinating with the fabrication team and maintaining clear communication channels to ensure project goals are met.
• Design Support:
  Contribute to the creation and adaptation of design elements that align with the overall vision and project requirements.
• Problem-Solving:
  Address design challenges as they arise and suggest creative solutions to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Adaptability:
  Manage tight deadlines and work efficiently under pressure to support the fabrication team’s needs.

• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 2 years of experience working in experiential design.
• Availability:
  Must be available during working hours to communicate via Slack and participate in project-related internal and external calls.
• Remote Work:
  This role is fully remote, allowing you to collaborate with the team from anywhere.
