$17.00/hr – $17.00/hr

ESPN Deportes Radio seeks a part-time producer to help produce live and syndicated programming. The ideal candidate is passionate about soccer, knowledgeable about Inter Miami and local South Florida sports, and has a flexible schedule with most shifts in the evenings and weekends. Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.

The primary role involves:

• Working with hosts on content planning and execution.
• Supporting talent on show production and log fulfillment.
• Collaborating with other show producers on news, ideas, and audio sharing.
• Coordinating with marketing/promotions on contests and sponsor ships.
• Assisting engineers with FCC guidelines and station operation.
• Hosting, co-hosting, or filling in local shows.

• Skill in running radio production, including maintaining levels and smoothly transitioning from one source to another
• Skill in running video production, including in-studio for local shows and on-site for locally-produced, live sports broadcasts
• Cutting and posting video from segments of live shows for You Tube/social media use
• Creating and implementing production elements including bumpers, liners, audio drops, sound effects, etc.
• Sourcing potential contributors and interviewees
• Social media proficiency in posting about on-air content
• Undertaking editing audio cuts and entire hours for podcasting
• Converting text, graphics, video and audio files for digital platforms
• Contributing to, and making use of, archives of audio files and sources for content segments
• Responding to audience feedback, referring on to other departments as necessary
• Aptitude in editing software for production purposes
• Opportunities to earn host and play‑by‑play broadcast clearance
• Other assigned tasks
