As our Creative Content Specialist, you will manage the full lifecycle of visual assets, ensuring high quality and brand alignment.
- Visual Asset Creation:
Design marketing graphics, banners, social media creatives, e-commerce platform assets, and other promotional visuals. - Video Production:
Edit, animate, and produce short-form video content (Reels, Tik Toks, UGC-style clips, product demos) that drives engagement and conversion. - Graphic & Motion Integration:
Incorporate motion graphics, captions, overlays, and trending elements to elevate content. - Branding
Collaboration:
Work with marketing and branding teams to ensure creative output aligns with campaign goals and brand voice. - Quality & Consistency:
Maintain cohesive visual style across all channels and projects. - Trend Awareness:
Keep up-to-date on design, motion, and short-form video trends to keep content innovative and platform-optimized. - Asset Organization:
Maintain libraries of graphic and video assets, version control, and templates for efficient production and review.
- Experience:
At least 1 year of professional experience combining Graphic Design and/or Video Editing. - Portfolio: A diverse portfolio showcasing static and motion design, video editing, and e-commerce or marketing-focused content.
- Skills:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Cap Cut, or similar). - Aesthetic Focus:
Strong attention to detail, excellent sense of layout, color, typography, and motion principles. - Professional Traits:
Time management, ability to meet deadlines, and strong communication within a remote team environment.
- Internet:
Stable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet connection (minimum 15 Mbps upload/download). - Hardware:
Personal PC or laptop with at least an i5 processor (or equivalent) to handle rendering and creative software.
