About the Role:

We're seeking a social media-savvy individual to join our team on a part-time basis. If you're passionate about digital trends, content creation, and building online communities, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter/X, Tik Tok, Linked In, etc.)
• Monitor social media channels and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner
• Develop creative strategies to grow our audience and increase engagement
• Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, features, and best practices
• Track analytics and provide regular reports on social media performance
• Collaborate with the team to align social media content with overall marketing goals
• Assist office manage in admin tasks, including answering the phone or client questions when on site at front desk

• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their unique audiences
• Excellent writing and communication skills
• Creative mindset with an eye for visual content
• Experience with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Knowledge of social media analytics and insights

• Part-time position (15-20 hours per week, flexible schedule)
