Are you passionate about designing seamless user experiences and visually compelling digital interfaces? At Talent Pop App, we’re looking for a Product Design Assistant who can support both product design and light video/visual content creation to help drive growth and delight our users. This is your opportunity to sharpen your skills while working 100% remotely with a fast‑growing, creative team.

• Assist in creating wireframes, mockups, interactive prototypes, and visual assets for web and mobile interfaces using tools like Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Support senior designers in refining UI/UX designs based on feedback, brand guidelines, and user data.
• Create light motion graphics or short video content to enhance product pages, tutorials, or marketing materials.
• Collaborate with marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistent design implementation across platforms.
• Maintain and evolve design systems and component libraries for efficiency and consistency.
• Conduct basic competitor research and contribute creative ideas to improve user engagement and conversions.

• 1+ year of experience in product design, UI/UX, or related design roles (freelance work and internships count).
• Portfolio showcasing digital design work; bonus if it includes UI/UX designs, app interfaces, dashboards, e‑commerce pages, and light video/motion content.
• Familiarity with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) for motion/visual content.
• Strong visual sense, user empathy, and a passion for designing intuitive and engaging digital experiences.
• Detail‑oriented mindset, eagerness to learn, and collaborative work style.

• Reliable DSL, Cable, or Fiber internet (minimum 15 Mbps upload/download).
• Own laptop or PC with at least an i5 processor or equivalent.
