Job Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the Creative Department team to edit and finalize video projects.
- Edit raw footage to create a finished product that meets the Creative Department’s needs.
- Color grade video footage to match the desired look and feel, correcting lighting and color.
- Mix sound effects, music and transitions to create a cohesive audio track with attention to detail.
- Work on graphics, special effects, masking, motion tracking and object removal to enhance video quality.
- Conduct regular research to stay up to date on the latest video and photo editing software and updates.
- Ensure accurate, consistent and timely completion of high‑quality video and photo edits using industry standard software.
- Keep the team informed of project progress and changes through regular communication and feedback.
- Finalize and deliver assigned tasks by selecting, editing and modifying videos and photos as requested.
- Input sound to enhance footage, selecting music, voice‑overs and adding multilingual subtitles.
- Follow the client’s brand guidelines as instructed within the brief.
- Actively use Slack and Trello daily to stay aligned with the team, communicate effectively and report completed tasks by the end of each working day.
- Use proxy video files during the editing process to ensure smooth and efficient remote work, relinking to full‑resolution footage for final delivery without compromising quality.
- Proven expertise in DaVinci Resolve, Fusion, Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Eye for detail and ability to spot errors from different viewpoints.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively to meet deadlines.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work extended hours and under pressure.
- Ability to set priorities, workload and meet deadlines for the assigned tasks.
