Location: Udyog Vihar, Gurugram

Working model: In Office + 2-3 WFH days / month

Days: Monday
- Friday + Alternate Saturdays

Time: 9-5/10-6 pm (Flexible)

Note: The candidate must bring their own laptop/device

Responsibilities:

As a Graphic Designer and Video Editor you will be responsible for:

Overlook creation of visual content of all formats (Social, TV, Print etc) for branding, marketing , campaigns and digital creatives.

Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure smooth design strategies

Stay up-to-date with design concepts and trends

Ensure High Quality Video Content that meets brands standards and stay involved on latest editing softwares and techniques

Ensure all content aligns with the brand tone and style guidelines

Incorporate Feedbacks from Social Media Team and clients

Lead and manage a team of junior designers/ interns

Working Hours:

The standard working hours for this position are 10:00 AM- 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with alternate Saturdays working. We do offer 2 Work From Home days in a month depending on the situation and work-load. However, some flexibility may be required depending on campaign deadlines and social media engagement needs.

Requirements:

Knowledge of Luxury Design Aesthetics

Creative Mindset

Expert in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, Best if they know after effects)

Knowledge of Canva

Video Editing Skills

Team & time management skills

Knowledge of Google ads or Meta is a plus

Exceptional problem solving & multitasking skills

Talent for creativity
