Role Description

This is a contract, hybrid role for an Event Planner based in Los Angeles, CA, with opportunities to work from home as needed. The Event Planner will oversee the planning and execution of a variety of events, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to understand event requirements, manage budgets, coordinate logistics, source vendors, and handle on-site event management. The role requires excellent organizational, budgeting, and communication skills to deliver successful events that align with client goals and brand identity.

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Event Planning and Event Management, with experience in managing different types of events and activities.
  • Strong budgeting and sales skills to coordinate financial aspects and contribute to achieving cost-effective yet high-quality solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills, including listening, articulating ideas clearly, and collaborating effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
  • Ability to adapt and thrive in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with Los Angeles-based venues and vendor networks is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
