Junior Designer

Ready to grow your design career on meaningful, high-impact work? Maven Creative is looking for a Junior Designer to support brand, digital, and print projects across a variety of clients. You’ll work closely with senior designers and creative directors, contributing to identity development, layouts, and production‑ready assets across multiple touchpoints. We’re a collaborative team that values clear thinking, strong craft, and reliable follow-through.

If you’re detail‑oriented, curious, and comfortable working on several projects at once, we’d love to talk. Orlando‑based is preferred, but remote candidates will be considered.

• 1–3 years of design experience, preferably in a creative agency, studio, or fast‑paced in‑house environment.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and Figma; familiarity with motion or 3D tools is a plus.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating brand identity, layout, and digital design fundamentals.
• Solid understanding of typography, color, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to take direction, incorporate feedback, and work collaboratively with senior team members.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time across multiple projects and deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, self‑motivated, and eager to learn and grow in a creative environment.
• Clear communication skills — both written and verbal — with a willingness to present and discuss work.
• A positive, can‑do attitude and an interest in contributing to team culture.
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Support the design team throughout the full project lifecycle — from research and concept development to final production.
• Assist in the development of brand identity systems and help execute designs across digital, print, packaging, and environmental applications.
• Translate creative direction into thoughtful design solutions with a strong attention to detail.
• Participate in internal reviews and client meetings, listening closely and learning to articulate design decisions.
• Collaborate with senior designers and creative leads while remaining open to feedback and eager to grow.
• Manage time effectively across multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Stay curious and up to date on design trends, tools, and techniques to continually improve your craft.
• Occasional travel.
