Graphic Designer ; Hybrid

This is an exciting opportunity to join a major athletic apparel and shapewear client as a Graphic Designer. The nature of this work is centered on elevating the appearance of product, communications, or collateral materials. You’ll use advanced design skills to create original graphic designs that reflect the brand’s design ethos. The ideal candidate is an agile and flexible designer, comfortable managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.

Required to be on site Monday through Thursday, opportunity to work from home Fridays.

• Use advanced design skills with general direction from Design management to create original graphic designs that appropriately reflect the design ethos.
• Assist with ideation, concept development, and branding.
• Lead team projects while also working independently to complete individual projects.
• Develop a variety of materials including, but not limited to, print, packaging, 3‑D retail displays, event signage, logo systems, imagery, video, and collateral materials.
• Effectively utilize computerized systems in the design process.
• Assist in delivering prompt ideations/options for design partners through the rapid implementation of graphic direction exploration across collections.
• Build and hand‑off Seasonal Graphic Schematics across all disciplines, managing multiple overlapping seasons (covering AP, FW, AX).
• Upload files into systems for cross‑functional partners and stakeholders.
• Work closely with the Design working team to ensure schematics and PR’s are up‑to‑date and prepped for hand‑off.
• Assist with the organization of files in Box and across systems.

• Manage individual and group projects, spanning from internal briefings and initial concept development through to final production and distribution.
• Manage timelines, scheduling work‑back schedules, and budget.
• Coordinate suppliers, review specifications (specs), recommend production alternatives, and maintain quality production standards.
• Act as a liaison among internal managers (e.g., Image Design, Marketing, product design) and outside agencies.
• Communicate project details, design requirements, scheduling needs, and graphic materials.

• Manage individual and group projects to ensure they stay within stated budgets.
• Estimate all aspects of project development and offer production alternatives to achieve the best product within the defined budget.
• Negotiate costs, review billing, and provide budget reconciliation.
• Arrange the purchasing of goods and services from domestic and international vendors.
• Develop and evaluate vendor evaluation criteria.

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 5 years of directly relevant work experience.
• Alternatively, one of the following may be accepted:
• PhD or Law degree + 3 years of experience.
• Master’s degree + 4 years of experience.
• Associate’s degree + 6 years of experience.
• High School diploma + 7 years of experience.

• Advanced design skills with a strong portfolio showcasing work across various mediums (print, packaging, 3D displays, video, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to lead team projects and work effectively as an independent contributor.
• Proficiency in computerized systems relevant to the design process.
• Excellent project management skills, including budgeting, timeline management, and supplier coordination.
• Proven experience in cost control, estimating project development, and negotiating costs.
• Strong vendor management and liaison skills for both domestic and international vendors.
• Ability to stay agile, flexible, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• Experience with graphic schematics, file organization, and uploading files into digital systems (e.g., Box) for cross‑functional partners.
