Our client is looking for a meticulous and proactive Junior Graphic Designer - Quality Assurance Associate to join their dynamic team. The company is a recognized leader in the technology services sector, having celebrated significant market growth and industry award recognition over the past few years. In this role, you will be the final checkpoint, ensuring all creative deliverables meet their exacting standards before they reach their clients.
ResponsibilitiesConduct thorough reviews of images and videos to verify accuracy, quality, and adherence to established brand guidelines.
Execute necessary Photoshop edits to facilitate on-time project completion, including tasks like resizing, refining backgrounds, making minor adjustments, and performing fundamental color corrections.
Track project progress across teams to guarantee all deadlines are met.
Confirm that all visual assets are present and accounted for in final project deliveries.
Compose and send polished, professional emails to clients for project handoff.
Participate in regular project status updates with the Quality Assurance Manager.
Provide general administrative support, which may include data entry and product uploads.
Requirements1-3 years of experience in a quality assurance, graphic design, or a similar production‑focused role.
Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for visual consistency.
Superb organizational and time-management abilities, with a proven capacity to handle multiple tasks at once.
High proficiency in Adobe Photoshop is required.
Full professional fluency in English, both written and spoken.
