The project involves animating a custom character based on provided reference materials, focusing on smooth, cinematic transitions between three distinct poses: a relaxed thinking position, writing on a tablet with a stylus, and a smiling thumbs-up. The animation should maintain a clean, modern aesthetic that is friendly yet avoids a cartoonish style.

The successful candidate will work remotely and deliver high-quality MP4 and GIF files within a short turnaround time.

• Create a 3D character animation featuring three specific poses as outlined in the reference materials.
• Ensure smooth, cinematic camera transitions between each pose.
• Maintain a clean, modern, and friendly visual style throughout the animation.
• Deliver final outputs in both MP4 and GIF formats.
• Complete the project within a 1–2 day timeframe.

• Proven experience in 3D character animation, with a strong portfolio demonstrating clean motion and expressive character work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard 3D animation software (such as Blender, Maya, or Cinema 4D).
• Ability to interpret and accurately replicate provided reference images and 3D character samples.
• Strong understanding of cinematic camera movement and composition.
• Excellent attention to detail, especially in facial expressions and body language.
