Known for the award‑winning art and pop‑culture magazine Bored Panda and the top DIY channel Crafty Panda, we fight boredom at an unprecedented speed – 160 million page views per month and 62 billion video views per year.

Our team includes over 400 creative individuals from 42 countries across three Vilnius offices. We are launching Fire Spike, an animated You Tube series for kids aged 4‑8, the first Lithuanian‑made children’s animation positioned for foreign markets with a strong track record in the USA. In 2024 we produced over 60 episodes in 7 languages and gained more than 150 million views organically.

• Create illustrations for props, backgrounds, characters, and other elements in a cartoon style tailored for kindergarten and pre‑school children.
• Follow predetermined art styles and visual guidelines provided by the Lead Artist or Supervisors.
• Translate 2D artwork into logical 3‑D turn‑arounds (front, ¾, side, back views).
• Work with vector‑based software such as Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to produce high‑quality illustrations.
• Respond to and implement feedback efficiently in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
• Collaborate actively with a remote, international team, contributing to visual consistency and creative problem‑solving.
• Maintain visual consistency across assets and help organize and track stylistic details.
• Support the animation pipeline with artwork optimized for cut‑out animation.
• Meet deadlines and deliver assets with a high level of attention to detail.

• At least 2 years of experience in children’s illustration (kindergarten/pre‑school preferred).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to respond quickly and actively in a fast‑paced environment.
• High visual memory to organise and track details.
• Ability to follow instructions and identify key elements in viral props.
• Ability to create cartoon‑style art for props, backgrounds and other elements as requested.
• Ability to receive and work on feedback from the Lead Artist/Supervisors.
• Experience working in an iterative, feedback‑heavy environment.
• Proficiency in vector‑based software (Illustrator) and Photoshop.
• Capability to produce logical 3‑D turn‑arounds from a 2‑D drawing.
• Self‑motivation, independence and reliability under tight time frames with high organisation and detail orientation.
• Illustration skills, ability to follow a pre‑determined art style, and knowledge of cut‑out animation.
• English proficiency.
