Content Creator, Content Writer ​/ Copywriter

This role focuses on developing and managing a monthly community newsletter featuring advertisements, tailored for a vibrant local audience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for curating engaging content, overseeing the newsletter’s structure and flow, and ensuring timely distribution. The position requires a blend of creative writing, editorial planning, and digital marketing skills, with a strong emphasis on community engagement. Some hybrid on-site and remote work in Miami Beach is expected, making local familiarity a plus.

Prior experience in community newsletter creation is essential to deliver content that resonates and drives value for both readers and advertisers.

• Develop and execute a monthly content calendar for the community newsletter
• Write, edit, and curate engaging articles, announcements, and features relevant to the community
• Integrate and manage advertising placements within the newsletter
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather news, updates, and promotional content
• Oversee newsletter layout, structure, and visual flow to maximize readability and engagement
• Ensure timely delivery and distribution of each edition
• Monitor performance metrics and audience feedback to inform future content strategies

• Proven experience creating and managing community newsletters or similar digital publications
• Strong writing, editing, and content curation skills with attention to detail
• Familiarity with newsletter platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Substack) and digital marketing best practices
• Ability to manage multiple content streams and advertising integrations
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
