As the Brand & Creative Operations Manager at Untitled Co., you will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the content and creative teams, implement efficient workflows, and manage the production process from concept to execution. Acting as the key liaison between brand partnerships, content creation, and marketing, you will ensure that all content aligns with Untitled Co.’s creative vision and brand positioning.
You will also manage the content budget and mentor a team of copywriters to maintain a consistent and compelling brand voice across all platforms.
- Work alongside the Creative Director to streamline workflows, improve processes, and optimize resources to enhance efficiency and impact.
- Collaborate closely with the Brand Partnerships team to ensure all content aligns with Untitled Co.’s strategic objectives and creative direction.
- Act as the primary point of contact for brand collaborations, overseeing content partnerships from ideation to execution.
- Own and oversee the content budget
, ensuring effective allocation and tracking of spending across social media, studio production, and editorial content. - Develop and manage the Untitled Co. content calendar, ensuring alignment with business goals and campaign objectives.
- Lead and mentor a team of creatives (Marketing Specialist x2, Creative Designer x2) to maintain a high standard of content creation.
- Ensure brand consistency by developing and maintaining editorial style guides across all digital and in‑store customer experiences.
- Work closely with Marketing & Communications to ensure engaging and brand‑aligned copy across all customer‑facing touchpoints, including website, CRM, PR, and marketing collateral.
- Implement data‑driven insights to refine content strategies and enhance audience engagement.
- Support the Creative Director in evolving Untitled Co.’s editorial and storytelling approach to remain competitive, forward‑thinking, and relevant.
- Expertise in content management, content marketing, and editorial strategy.
- Strong copywriting and editing skills with a deep understanding of brand voice and positioning.
- Ability to develop and engage creative teams, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Agility in fast‑paced environments with a proactive and problem‑solving mindset.
- Experience in managing retail calendars, trends, and global brand positioning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication across teams.
- A keen eye for detail, time management, and prioritization.
