Our UK client is a leader in retail management solutions, dedicated to enhancing the customer experience through innovative design and technology. We specialize in creating effective point-of-sale (POS) displays and merchandising solutions that captivate consumers and drive sales. We are looking for a talented 3D POS Designer to join our creative team and help us bring our clients' visions to life.

As a 3D POS Designer at our client, you will be responsible for designing and producing high-quality 3D visualizations of point-of-sale displays and retail environments. Utilizing your expertise in 3D Studio Max and the Adobe Creative Suite, you will create compelling and functional designs that meet client specifications and enhance the retail experience.

• Create detailed 3D models and renderings of POS displays using 3D Studio Max.
• Collaborate with the design team to conceptualize and develop engaging retail solutions that align with client branding and objectives.
• Produce high-quality visuals and presentations for client pitches and approvals.
• Ensure that all designs are practical, manufacturable, and compliant with industry standards.
• Stay current with design trends, materials, and technologies in the retail environment.
• Provide support in the preparation of design specifications and production files.
• Work closely with clients and internal teams to incorporate feedback and iterate on designs.

• Proven experience as a 3D Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing POS design work (3+ years preferred).
• Proficiency in 3D Studio Max and the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of 3D modelling, rendering, and visualization techniques.
• Knowledge of retail design principles and consumer behavior.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong aesthetic sensibility.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
