We're seeking a creative and ambitious Entry Level Digital Media & Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to gain hands‑on experience in videography, digital marketing, content creation, and business development within the fast‑paced real estate media industry.

You’ll work closely with our founder and employees to build and execute a comprehensive social media strategy, capture engaging behind‑the‑scenes content, and help drive new business through digital channels.

• Social Media Strategy & Management
  :
  Collaborate with the founder to develop and implement a cohesive social media plan across platforms (Instagram, Tik Tok, Facebook, Linked In, etc.)
• Content Creation
  :
  Capture video footage of our team in action during listing shoots, showcasing our process and the properties we work with
• Video Editing
  :
  Edit and produce engaging content using professional software for social media and marketing purposes
• Lead Generation
  :
  Develop and execute digital strategies to attract new clients and grow our customer base
• On‑Site Support
  :
  Assist with real estate listing shoots as needed, learning the ins and outs of professional real‑estate media production
• Trend Monitoring
  :
  Stay current with social media trends and identify creative opportunities to increase engagement and reach

• Experience with videography and professional editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies
• Creative mindset with an eye for compelling visual storytelling
• Excellent communication skills and comfort interacting with team members and clients
• Self‑motivated with the ability to work independently and take initiative
• Flexible schedule with availability for occasional on‑location shoots

• Knowledge of digital sales processes or experience with lead generation
• Familiarity with real estate photography/videography or the real estate industry
• Basic understanding of sales funnels and customer acquisition
• Experience with graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.)
