Based at Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire. Working pattern: 5 days a week onsite, with some flexibility once embedded into the role. Core hours are flexible between 8 am to 6 pm.

• Design Formal & Casual Jersey for Womenswear, with a focus on high‑quality, trend‑led design.
• Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast‑turnaround designs as needed.
• Research trends and translate them into elevated, customer‑relevant products.
• Work within price point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
• Collaborate with buyers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to specifications.
• Support project‑based collections as well as core line development.

• Experience & knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator is essential for this role.
• Having strong teamwork and people skills is a must, as well as experience working with factories and different brands/retailers would be an advantage.
• Must have experience of working for a similar sized retailer or supplier background.
• Must have Jersey Design experience.
• Creative and passionate about fashion and new opportunities.
• Eye for fabrics and graphics.
