Kazuya is looking for a creative, driven, and motivated Social Media Manager to join our growing team. You will play a key role in shaping our brand’s online presence across multiple platforms and bringing fresh, engaging ideas to life!
This position is primarily work-from-home. You will only need to come to work on-site when required!
Key Responsibilities- Plan, create, and publish engaging social media content, including copy, graphics, videos, and multimedia.
- Manage content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Xiaohongshu.
- Ensure content aligns with brand tone, visuals, and objectives.
- Manage day-to-day posting schedules and content calendars.
- Stay updated on platform trends, formats, and best practices to maximise engagement.
- Handle photo and video shoots, including camera handling and lighting setup.
- Edit content using tools such as Adobe Suite (for design/photo/video) and Canva.
- Diploma in Media, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- No prior working experience required — fresh graduates are welcome :)
- Proficient in English and Chinese (spoken and written).
- Familiar with major social media platforms.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Suite (video & photo editing) and Canva.
- Comfortable handling a camera and basic lighting setups.
- Good design sense and visual awareness.
- Creative and ideas-driven.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and prioritisation skills.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
- Competitive salary of SGD 2,500 – 3,000.
