The Volume is a digital media company featuring some of the most influential names in sports and culture. We produce shows that bring together distinctive personalities and deliver original, high-quality content.

The Creative team shapes the visual identity for The Volume across shows, campaigns, events, and partnerships. We lead the design of show branding, key art, social content, and merchandise, along with high-impact sales and partnership decks. Our work builds systems that keep the brand consistent, flexible, and distinctive while raising the creative bar across all touchpoints.

We're looking for a hands-on Designer to shape the visual language of a growing sports-plus-culture network. You'll create show identities, logos, key art, thumbnails, merch, and event materials - translating creative direction into strong visual systems and image-driven compositions. The role is centered on craft: identity, typography, image-making, and building clear, expressive worlds for our talent and shows.

What You'll Do:

• Design show identities, key art, and content across social and digital channels
• Create logos, show and social assets that extend our brand language
• Source, edit, and retouch imagery to build compelling visual worlds
• Compose assets that balance hosts, typography, and brand elements with clarity
• Iterate quickly from direction, maintaining visual consistency and high taste standards in every deliverable

Who You Are:

• 4-7 years of experience in brand design, or a portfolio that clearly demonstrates strong identity and visual craft
• Skilled in identity design and logo creation with strong typography and composition abilitie
• Experienced in image sourcing, editing, compositing, and retouching
• Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic taste
• Collaborative and enjoys working with others to develop ideas
• Reliable, consistent, and comfortable working at a fast paced environment
• Culturally fluent across sports, music, and contemporary design
• Nice to have: motion design experience or an interest in AI tools
• This is a remote position

The salary range for this role is $80,000 to $95,000 USD. Compensation subject to experience and location. Published salary bands pursuant to transparency laws, and do not include possible variable compensation such as annual merit increases or bonus eligibility.
