We are seeking a highly skilled Graphics Designer to join our team full-time. The Graphics Designer will be responsible for creating visually appealing and effective designs for various marketing and communication materials, both print and digital. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, excellent design skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

• Design and develop visually appealing marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, posters, and digital ads
• Create and maintain brand identity guidelines and ensure consistency across all design projects
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative concepts and designs for campaigns and product launches
• Work closely with the digital marketing team to create engaging social media graphics and website visuals
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new design techniques to continuously improve the quality of our designs
• Ensure all designs are in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Strong understanding of design principles and typography
• Experience with digital design and social media platforms
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
