Outreach Strategists is a research, media, and public affairs firm doing work to improve lives through research, communication, outreach, and engagement. Here, we work with public and private sector clients operating in community health, politics, tech, education, housing, and mobility spaces.

We're seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to work on a variety of projects, from digital marketing materials to print collateral. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

• Create visually engaging graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, brochures, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with marketing and production teams to develop design concepts and strategies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
• Stay updated on design trends and best practices to improve and innovate continually.
• Prepare final designs for various formats, ensuring they are optimized for different platforms and devices.
• Review and revise designs based on feedback and make necessary adjustments.

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other design tools.
• Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with web design and multimedia is a plus.
