Graphic & Creative Designer

Responsibilities

• Design and produce digital and print marketing materials, including social media graphics, email templates, banners, brochures, and collateral.
• Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that effectively communicate key messages and support business initiatives.
• Develop visual concepts and branding elements that align with CAQH’s brand standards and strategic goals.
• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and web development teams to generate innovative ideas and execute creative projects.
• Work closely with the web team to design engaging web pages and digital experiences that enhance user engagement.
• Assist in conceptualizing and executing major campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and brand integrity.
• Be an advocate for the brand, maintaining high-quality standards across all creative output.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas to support marketing and communication initiatives.

• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Art, Graphic Design, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience in graphic/web design, with a strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, XD, Acrobat).
• Experience with UX/UI design principles and responsive, mobile-first design approaches.
• Knowledge of digital marketing channels, social media content creation, and performance marketing assets.
• Familiarity with web development basics, including HTML, CSS, and email coding, is a plus.
• Experience with video editing software such as Final Cut Pro or similar tools is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and branding standards.
