Jr. Graphic Designer

ALOHA Collection is a fast growing lifestyle brand that was born out of a love of travel, adventure and the ocean. This California based brand with Hawaiian roots located in Encinitas, CA focuses on travel accessories. Travel is our inspiration, the beach is our home.

The Junior Graphic Designer supports the Design team by preparing accurate, detailed, and on-brand graphics, repeat prints, CADs, color-ups, and layout files. This role ensures all presentation, production, and internal documents are clean, on time, and aligned to ALOHA Collection’s brand standards. This is a fast-paced executional role for someone who thrives in details, consistency, and cross-functional collaboration.

• Build and maintain Illustrator-based CADs for seasonal product lines and carryover styles
• Create repeat prints, colorways, and product mockups for internal reviews and go-to-market tools
• Assist in file clean-up, panel mapping, and color separations for factory-ready artwork
  Execute layout design for internal presentations, creative decks, and seasonal visual tools
• Support the Senior Product & Print Designer in versioning, exporting, and organizing design files
• Support the tech pack process by inserting artwork, updating sketches, and maintaining BOM consistency
• Help maintain the seasonal file archive, ensuring proper file naming and accessibility
• Occasionally support signage or retail layout needs (under Ro’s direction)

• 2–4 years experience in a design or production graphics role (accessories, fashion, lifestyle brands preferred)
• Strong Illustrator skills (CAD sketching and print repeats)
• Proficiency in Photoshop and InDesign for layout and presentations
  
  Detail-oriented with exceptional organization and file hygiene habits
• Familiarity with tech packs, BOMs, and product development workflows a plus
• Comfortable taking direction and executing against seasonal guidelines
  Strong communication and team-first mindset

• Hybrid role based in Encinitas, CA
• Must be in office minimum 3 days/week
• Occasional sample lifting (up to 25 lbs)
