We are seeking a talented Freelance Podcast Producer to join our team and take charge of producing high-quality, engaging podcasts. This remote role is ideal for an experienced audio professional with a deep understanding of podcast production, from recording to final mix, who is comfortable using modern tools to deliver polished and captivating content.

Responsibilities:

• Produce and manage remote podcast recordings using tools like Zencastr or similar platforms.
• Handle microphone setups, optimize audio recording techniques, and ensure clear, professional sound quality.
• Perform sound design, mixing, and post‑production to enhance the overall podcast experience.
• Use modern audio tools like RX10, Pro Tools, or similar software to edit, clean up, and master audio tracks.
• Collaborate with hosts and guests to ensure smooth and professional recordings.
  Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during the recording process.

Skills:

• Organizational skills: Ability to manage project timelines, coordinate schedules, and keep episodes on track for release.
• Attention to detail: Ensure every aspect of the podcast, from audio quality to sound effects, is perfected.
• Problem‑solving skills: Quickly resolve technical challenges during remote recordings.
• Comfortable with modern tools and workflows for remote collaboration

• Basic music editing or scoring experience.
