What You’ll Do
Build and optimize realistic, scalable 3D environments where robots learn to act in the world
Collaborate with AI, robotics, and graphics teams to define requirements for asset materials, shaders, lighting, and physical properties, ensuring both the visual fidelity and physical accuracy needed to train robot control models
Create tools to ingest and standardize assets from scans, CAD data, or generative AI models
Work with and manage third-party asset vendors, with the goal of building the world’s best library of assets and scenes for robotics simulation
Create stunning demos that showcase our work to the graphics community and inspire talent to join our mission
Build our in-house Real2
Sim pipeline to transform real-world environments into high-fidelity digital twins for robotics training
Strong experience with DCC tools (Houdini, Maya, Substance Painter, Blender, etc.)
Deep knowledge of P workflows, lighting, photogrammetry, and rendering pipelines
Experience with procedural asset generation for scalable content creation
Ability to script or build plugins (Python or similar) to streamline workflows and integrate assets into simulation/training stacks
Artistic eye to deliver polished, high-impact visuals
Bonus: Experience with robotics simulation (Isaac Sim, Mujoco, Genesis, etc.)
Bonus: Experience managing third-party vendor and art contractor relationships
Bonus: Exposure to generative AI for 3D asset creation
