Trade Show Floor Plan Drafter​/Designer

Experiential marketing/event agency (exhibits, trade shows, and experiences) is looking for a talented Floor Plan Drafter/Designer to help create accurate floor plans for upcoming trade show booths, activations, and events for big brand tech clients in the most cost‑effective solutions.

• Draw/prepare 2D detailed drawings of floor plans for trade show exhibit/displays that optimize space and traffic flow
• Using AutoCAD and Expocad to develop multiple layout options for floor plans, including area specific breakdowns and visualizations
• Maintain and update internal facility building libraries.
• Partner with leadership, creatives, and production to ensure that the details represent cost‑effective solutions for clients.
• Maintain/report on daily detailing schedule to ensure detailing deadlines are being met.
• Strong conflict/re‑resolution, communication skills & ability to multi‑task.
• Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

This position is a remote contract to possible full‑time position within the US. (US CANDIDATES ONLY)

• Associate Degree and/or 2+ years of 3D AutoCAD / Floor Space Drawing for trade show or exhibit experience required.
• Minimum of 2 years 3D Spacial/Exhibit design experience.
• Previous trade show or exhibit design experience preferred.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Expocad;
  Revit a big plus.
• Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).
• Knowledge of trade show industry standards, regulations, and best practices required.
• Meticulous eye for technical precision and visual clarity.
• Highly organized, flexible, and have the ability to work necessary hours in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience in experiential design, events or installations preferred.
• Experience collaborating with creative and production teams to deliver fabrication‑ready designs.
