Position: Product Administrator - The Set - 6-9 Months Fixed Term Contract

Based at The Barn, Market Harborough. Working Pattern: 5 days a week in the office, with core hours flexible between 8am-6pm.

Role Overview

We are building the next brand for Next and need an individual who can lead creative product photography for non‑clothing ranges. You will own the vision, take charge of your creativity, and enjoy true autonomy. This is your chance to join a team that doesn’t just dream big but delivers bigger.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Head of Creative to plan and finalise photography.
  • Collaborate with design and buying teams to align photography with product direction and brand vision.
  • Research fashion, lifestyle, street style, influencer trends, and new talent/models.
  • Assist with styling clothing products, reflecting current trends and product image direction.
  • Assist on shoots across multiple locations (London and Enderby), ensuring smooth organisation and execution.
  • Coordinate with buying teams to ensure timely sample handovers for photography.
  • Manage photoshoot samples, organise wardrobes, and prep all relevant accessories and footwear.
  • Contribute to camera‑roll edits and collaborate with the marketing team to ensure assets align with brand standards.
  • Support the critical path for shoots, ensuring all deadlines, logistics, and product availability are considered.
  • Organise and maintain shoot documents and files for easy access and team collaboration.
  • Assist with special projects and internal presentations, updating e‑commerce teams on camera‑roll imagery amendments.
  • Assist with innovative and fresh Instagram content, helping to manage the Instagram account and collaborating with internal PR teams.
