Property and outdoor photography editor; Freelance, Part-Time

About The Role

We’re looking for a skilled Photo Editor to bring our outdoor accommodation listings to life. Working through an extensive file of listings, you will:

• Select and optimise the best images for each listing, ensuring the primary image is of the highest quality
• Retouch and enhance images where necessary, maintaining consistently high standards
• Collaborate with the team using spreadsheets and tracking tools to ensure a smooth workflow
• Part‑time: approximately 20 hours per week, with flexibility to increase up to 37.5 hours during peak season (June/July)
• Flexible hours within 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday (UK time zone)
• Based in the UK or Europe
• Work remotely on a self‑employed basis
• Immediate start

• Proven experience editing and optimising large volumes of images for e‑commerce, or managing professional image galleries
• Expert in Adobe Lightroom Classic; experience with Photoshop is a plus. Own access to Lightroom is required
• Experience with property, travel, or outdoor photography is desirable, with a keen eye for selection, composition, and storytelling
• Self‑motivated, proactive, and able to work independently while maintaining high standards
• Strong creative sense, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to deliver high‑quality results efficiently
• Comfortable maintaining records and collaborating using spreadsheets or similar tools
• Degree or equivalent in photography, visual arts, digital media, or a related field is desirable

Hourly rate will be £15 per hour, to be invoiced monthly.
