About Your RoleBased at Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire. Working pattern: typically 5 days a week onsite with core flexible hours between 8am and 6pm.
Responsibilities- Design all newborn for Next Sourcing, focusing on high-quality, trend-led basics.
- Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast‑turnaround designs as needed.
- Research trends and translate them into elevated, customer‑relevant products.
- Work within price‑point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
- Collaborate with buyers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to specifications.
- Support project‑based collections as well as core line development.
- Experience and knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator.
- Strong teamwork and people skills; experience working with factories and different brands/retailers is an advantage.
- Experience working for a similar‑sized retailer or supplier background.
- Children’swear design experience.
- Creative and passionate about fashion and new opportunities.
