Based at Head Office in Enderby, Leicestershire. Working pattern: typically 5 days a week onsite with core flexible hours between 8am and 6pm.

• Design all newborn for Next Sourcing, focusing on high-quality, trend-led basics.
• Respond quickly to briefs, producing fast‑turnaround designs as needed.
• Research trends and translate them into elevated, customer‑relevant products.
• Work within price‑point guidelines while maintaining quality and style.
• Collaborate with buyers, sourcing teams, and suppliers to deliver on time and to specifications.
• Support project‑based collections as well as core line development.

• Experience and knowledge in Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong teamwork and people skills; experience working with factories and different brands/retailers is an advantage.
• Experience working for a similar‑sized retailer or supplier background.
• Children’swear design experience.
• Creative and passionate about fashion and new opportunities.
