Tasks

You develop social media content strategies for global brand accounts defining the right formats, content pillars and creative direction
You create and manage content calendars ensuring a consistent engaging brand presence across platforms and formats
You produce scroll‑stopping content audiences want to share, applying platform native best practices (static, video, Stories, Reels, etc.)
You manage client channels day‑to‑day including community engagement, publishing and using ongoing conversations to inform content strategic thinking and brand relevance
You track, analyse and report on performance, translating data into measurable impact, actionable insights and recommendations for clients
You act as the main point of contact for clients, build strong relationships, proactively manage expectations and guide projects confidently from briefing to execution
You ideally bring experience in audio and digital content including Spotify, podcasts and audio storytelling formats as well as content production (shootings) and social amplification for large scale campaigns or global brands

Requirements

You value diversity, equality and a driven, passionate team culture
You have 2+ years of hands‑on experience in social media management and can share concrete examples of channels and work you have managed, including the impact you created for brands
You think in Tik Tok, live and breathe social platforms including emerging ones, and have a strong eye for content, understanding what performs and why it performs
You are confident in managing client relationships, communicate ideas clearly and challenge clients where needed
You are experienced with Canva, basic video and content editing tools, and use AI tooling to standardise and optimise repeated tasks in your day‑to‑day work
You are fluent in Italian & English, highly organised, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Plus:
You bring experience in content production and shootings, social amplification for large scale campaigns or global brands, and ideally have worked with audio and digital formats such as Spotify, podcasts or audio storytelling
