We’re hiring a Senior Product Designer to own high-impact projects on Client Gallery, shaping end-to-end experiences from early concepts through to polished, shippable UI.

Your Impact

Lead the design of product features and user experiences, from concept to execution

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and effectively communicate design concepts and solutions

Utilize and contribute to Pixieset’s design system to ensure a cohesive and scalable user experience

Define and deliver the UX vision and design solutions for one or more of our core products

Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs to bring ideas to life

Provide strategic input on product features and contribute to shaping the product roadmap

Ensure technical feasibility of design solutions while aligning with company goals and user needs

Participate in design reviews, offering and receiving constructive feedback to elevate the team’s work

Mentor and support other designers, providing feedback to help refine their skills and approach

Contribute to a strong design culture through collaboration, feedback, and continuous process improvement

Role
Requirements

Expertise in designing and shipping SaaS products for SMB or consumer audiences in cross-functional teams

Strong portfolio showcasing high-quality design craft, including layout, typography and polished shipped work

Ability to lead the design of complex product features and user experiences from concept through execution

Expertise in Figma and it's suite of tools (Fig Jam, prototyping, and collaborative workflows)

Strong business/product-sense, with the ability to clearly present and influence stakeholders

Excellent communication and collaboration skills with a high-level of attention to detail

Strong sense of ownership and reliability, driving projects end to end with minimal oversight

The typical salary range for this position is CAD $110,200 - $148,050 annually. Salary offered will be based on skills, experience and market data.
