Creative Lead – Remote Design & Video Team

Full-time | Remote

Talent Pop partners with fast-growing e-commerce brands to help them build reliable, high-performing remote teams. We focus on long-term relationships, clear systems, and giving people the support they need to do their best work.

Our clients rely on consistent, on-brand creative output across channels. As our creative teams grow, we need a hands‑on leader who can guide designers and video editors, keep quality high, and make sure creative work moves forward without friction.

• Guide a remote team of graphic designers, video editors, and creative specialists
• Keep creative work aligned with brand standards and campaign goals
• Catch issues early and improve quality before work reaches clients
• Help creatives grow through clear feedback and practical coaching
• Bring structure and clarity to fast-moving creative requests

• Review designs, videos, and marketing assets for quality and accuracy
• Turn client requests into clear instructions and priorities
• Balance workloads, deadlines, and revisions across multiple projects
• Support team members with questions, blockers, and performance needs
• Work closely with internal leaders to improve creative processes

• At least 3 years of experience in a senior creative or creative leadership role
• Hands‑on experience working with designers and video editors
• Strong eye for brand consistency and creative quality
• Clear, calm communicator who enjoys helping others improve
• Organized and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once
• Experience working remotely or with distributed teams

• Stable wired internet connection (30 Mbps minimum) with backup available
• Laptop or desktop computer (Intel i5 / Ryzen 5 or better, 8GB RAM minimum)
• Reliable power source with backup options
