• Workflow Documentation - Articulate editing decisions, sequencing choices, and problem-solving techniques through clear written and verbal explanations.
• Asset Organization - Organize, label, and manage raw footage, audio tracks, graphics, and exported files for efficient team handoff and archiving.
• Narrative & Pacing - Apply timing expertise to structure compelling video stories with optimal visual flow, transitions, and audience engagement.
• Quality Refinement - Refine rough cuts, optimize transitions, color grade, and solve technical/creative challenges for professional results.
