This is an opportunity for adigitally-minded designer to help shape how Tropic shows up across our most important online touchpoints. Supporting the Lead Digital Designer,you’llbring campaigns to life across website, email,CRMand paid media,blending brand storytelling with performance thinking.
You’llplay a hands-on role in creating high-impact digital assets that are visually compelling, conversion-conscious and aligned to our evolving brand. Working closely with Creative, Digital and CRM teams,you’llhelp translate campaign ideas into platform-native executions, using performance insights to continuously refine and elevate our output.

- Create and develop digital campaign assets across CRM, paid social and web.
- Translate campaign concepts into consistent, on-brand creative across platforms.
- Develop variations for testing and performance optimisation under the guidance of theLead Digital Designer.
- Contribute to improving the visual look and feel of the website.
- Support the design of landing pages and key web journeys with conversion best practices in mind.
- Work with the digital design team to ensureaccurateimplementation of designs.
- Create high-performing email templates and campaign assets.
- Contribute to the evolution of email design systems to improve engagement and click-through rates.
- Collaborate with CRM teams to refine creative based on performance insights.
- Produce performance-driven creative for paid social and display channels.
- Create asset variations tailored to platform best practices.
- Collaborate with the Digital team to optimise creative based on data and testing insights.
- Support the consistent application and evolution of brand guidelines across digital channels.
- Ensure consistency across all digital outputs
- Support creative research and stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to ensure digital workremainsfresh, relevant, and competitive.
- 3+ years’ experience in digital design, ideally within retail, beauty or a D2C brand.
- Strong portfoliodemonstratingcampaign-led digital creative.
- Excellent typography, layout, and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience designing across website, email, and paid channels.
- Awareness of digital marketing principles (CRO, A/B testing, user journeys, funnel stages).
- Knowledge of platform-specific creative best practices.
- Comfortable using performance data to inform design decisions.
- Advancedproficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite, specifically in Photoshop withgreatknowledgeof
Figma. - Experience designing responsive web and email layouts.
- Animation skillsand experience using After Effects
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-moving environment.
Employment Type: This role is offered full-time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Location: Tropic HQ is a short walk from Beddington Lane Tram stop, with direct links to East Croydon and Wimbledon.
Hybrid Working: Enjoy a blend of office and remote working with a minimum of 3 days in the office Monday to Wednesday.
Salary: Starting from £35,000 per annum.
