Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Freelance Product Designer based in Noida, Delhi, Gurgaon, India, with flexibility for remote work. The Product Designer will be responsible for creating user-centric designs, leading design thinking workshops, conducting user research, and developing innovative product designs. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure design and user experience align seamlessly with the brand's vision.

Qualifications
Expertise in Visual Design and Product Design, with a strong emphasis on creating impactful and functional aesthetics.
Proficiency in Design Thinking and UX Research to craft user-focused and innovative design solutions.
Skills in conducting User Research to gather insights and inform design decisions based on user behavior and preferences.
Strong collaborative and communication abilities to work effectively within cross-functional teams.
Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field is beneficial but not mandatory.
