Compensation

Year 1:  ₹7,20,000 – ₹18,00,000 / year (₹60,000 – ₹1,50,000/month)
Year 2:  ₹10,80,000 – ₹24,00,000 / year (₹90,000 – ₹2,00,000/month)
₹ = INR
10% monthly bonus on performance

Context

TQH Media  is a lean team of under 10 people, but we've recently experienced a surge in demand—and we need more hands on deck. You'll be working directly with the founder and a group of highly skilled editors who've crafted content for some of the world's top personal brands.

This role isn't your typical 9–5. We move fast, operate at a high cadence, and expect the same from you. In return, you'll get the opportunity to help shape how some of the world's most influential personal brands show up online.

If you excel in this role, there's a clear path to  leading the editing team  and stepping into the role of  Creative Director  as we continue to grow.

Role & Responsibilities

As a short-form editor, you will:
Edit videos similar to provided samples below.
Find trending audio clips, quotes, and popular edits that fit our brand style, which we can adapt or recreate for our own content.
Maintain  attention to detail  with fast turnaround times.
Deliver on tight deadlines without sacrificing quality

Requirements

You have a sense of urgency and a growth mindset
Excellent English communication skills
Team player, reliable, and easy to work with
Strong follow-through—you do what you say you'll do
Proficiency in  Premiere Pro  and  After Effects  (no other software)
At least 6 months of team-based work experience (not freelancing)
Fast, stable internet connection
Ability to replicate the inspiration video styles shared below
