RoleLocation:
Fully Remote – APAC time zones preferred. Collaboration Window:
Must be available 3PM–12AM PST.
- Edit high-performing short‑form ads for Tik Tok, Meta, and You Tube Shorts.
- Build strong hooks, clean story arcs, and clear CTAs.
- Collaborate with strategists and creative leads to test and iterate quickly.
- Own edits end-to‑end while staying open to feedback.
- Manage multiple fast‑turn projects without dropping quality.
- 3+ years editing social video content (ads strongly preferred).
- Expertise in Premiere Pro (pacing, structure, audio, storytelling).
- Intermediate+ Adobe After Effects skills (motion graphics, kinetic typography).
- Must have personal, licensed access to Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Strong grasp of what performs on Tik Tok, Meta, and You Tube Shorts.
- Comfortable working in English with async, global teams.
- AI-powered creative tools experience (Midjourney, Runway
ML, Firefly, etc.). - Performance marketing or agency background.
- Data‑informed creative optimization experience.
- Your ideas go straight to market — no “client delays”.
